The name

We are 98.5% sure we've got the name for our daughter - Hannah Elyse Windley. We've tossed around a few other names, but this is the one we always came back to. Jackson took to the name immediately, and he has been insistant that it HAS to be Hannah Elyse. In fact, he refuses to call her just Hannah (even though that is what she'll be called).

Hannah means God's grace or favored grace. It is also the name of a woman in the Bible (1 Samuel 1:1-20) that has had special meaning to me. Elyse (pronouced 'e LEES') is a name I [courtney] have always loved and the name I chose to go by in my French classes in High School.

My sister-in-law, Amanda has been anxiously awaiting this announcement, as she has become the monogram queen! :) Can't wait!
